Description

This free workshop offers an introduction to the practical use of EOS tools and how to implement them. Designed for leaders who want to explore how clarity, discipline, and accountability can strengthen their organization, this session provides a preview of the cohort experience and the real-world application of EOS.

Attendance at the kickoff session is not required for registered cohort participants, and attending does not require enrollment in the full Traction Leadership Cohort.
