Description

The Young Entrepreneur Academy (YEA!) is an immersive program that guides middle and high school students through the process of launching a real business or social movement. 

From idea to execution, participants develop business plans, pitch to investors, and gain hands-on experience with what it takes to be an entrepreneur. Hosted by the Grand Junction Area Chamber of Commerce, YEA! connects students with local business leaders, mentors, and resources that help turn passion into action. Throughout the program, students build confidence, critical thinking skills, and a deeper understanding of the role entrepreneurship plays in our local economy. This program runs January through May with regularly scheduled sessions during that time.
