Description

The Traction Leadership Cohort is a facilitated, small-group experience designed to help leaders run their organizations with clarity, discipline, and accountability through the practical use of EOS tools. This is not a keynote or one-off workshop, but an intentional cohort focused on real-world application and impactful ROI.

The cohort includes eight facilitated sessions (three hours each), Cohort 1 will be from 9:00AM-12:00PM Cohort 2 will be from 1:00PM-4:00PM. Each cohort is limited to 10 participants. Participants will leave with a clear organizational structure, priorities that stick, a consistent meeting rhythm, data-driven metrics, and shared clarity around vision and accountability. The cohort begins February 2026 and the dates are as follows: Tuesday 2/24, 3/10, 3/24, 4/7, 4/21, 5/5, 5/19 & 6/9.
