We are a small, neighborhood restaurant located on North Ave next to Texas Roadhouse. At our core,  Koi Ramen & Sushi is a ramen & sushi place serving our take on traditional Japanese staples. We use authentic and traditional ideas to create our new-style take on ramen & sushi.  Additionally, we serve a menu of small, Asian-influenced dishes. Our rotating menu is built around the highest quality, custom-made noodles, responsibly raised meat, fish and eggs, seasonal produce and long-simmered broths. Our yakitori is grilled over a charcoal fire, it is a Japanese type of skewered meats, seafood or veggie, cooked using step-by-step methods.
