About the speaker: Mark Martin, LCSW, is Clinic Director at the Counseling & Education Center in Grand Junction. A U.S. Army veteran and clinical social worker, he brings experience leading teams under pressure and supporting people through mental health challenges. His approach focuses on practical tools leaders can use in their own workplaces.
