Our inside story begins in 1984 in Grand Junction, CO, with our original flooring store founded by Mike and Harland Jacob, a father-son duo with experience in the flooring and furniture industry. While our story has certainly changed over the past two decades, our passion for delivering quality flooring solutions and exceptional service stays the same! And today,  Mike Jacob continues to lead our family-owned flooring business, ensuring a legacy of exceptional service and dedication to our community. 

As a part of the Carpet One co-op with over 1,000 stores nationwide, we can provide the service of a local Colorado flooring store with the savings and selection of a national chain. It has been 40 years since our opening and we continue to offer quality flooring solutions in the Grand Junction and surrounding areas, including house-flipping services, renovations, and new construction.
