St. Mary's Medical Center, now part of Intermountain Healthcare, has been part of the Grand Junction community since it was founded in 1896 by the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth. We are the largest medical center between Denver and Salt Lake City and the only Level II Trama Center and Level III NICU in the region.
